Beginning in September, Kortright Church will be presenting another Alpha course, a 10-week practical introduction to the Christian faith. If you or someone you know is interested, please be sure to register by September 8th. Everyone is welcome! Admission is free.
What is Alpha?
Alpha is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life in a relaxed, friendly setting. The Alpha course includes ten meals and a weekend getaway halfway through the 10-week course. Each session people enjoy great food, laughter and learning in a fun and friendly atmosphere where no question about life and God is seen as too simple or too hostile…questions like—Is there a God? Why am I here? Where did I come from? Where am I going?
At KPC each Tuesday evening from September 15 through November 17, Alpha will begin with an informal dinner at 6:30 p.m., followed by group teaching and a small group discussion. The course includes a special "day away" on Saturday, October 24 to Edgewood Camp in beautiful Eden Mills, Ontario.
