Vacation Bible School
Matthew 19:13-14
"Then little children were brought to Jesus for him to place his hands on them
and pray for them. But the disciples rebuked those who brought them. Jesus said,
"Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of
heaven belongs to such as these."
VBS 2010
"Greetings from Egypt" The Journey is Complete!
This year's VBS is now complete and we have had a marvelous time exploring what it might have been like to live in the times of Joseph and the Pharoahs. Children and adults alike enjoyed an experience they'll remember for quite awhile; new traditions, new foods, new arts and crafts projects, all of which combined to help us discover that the One True God gives us hope, special abilities, wisdom, forgiveness, and a place in His family through Jesus Christ.
This year KPC would like to thank Lori Schnurr, Jessica Leach, Kyra Quinn, Children's Ministry Director Barb Ferrier and over 70 other adult volunteers for making this a wonderful week for the nearly 200 children who attended.
NEXT YEAR: Join us for HOMETOWN NAZARETH: Where Jesus was a kid.
